What is included in my membership?Your membership includes: Scheduling App (Powered by Metricool) – Plan and automate your social media posts. How do I get started?To begin, follow these steps: Log Into www.SimplyYourSocials.com CLICK HERE to start. Fill out your general information. Complete the brand intake form, which helps us program your Personal AI Assistant to match your business information, brand voice, and preferences. Proceed to the checkout page to sign up and submit payment. After payment, you’ll be directed to schedule your onboarding call. Once your onboarding is complete, you'll have full access to all features of Simplify Your Socials.

How much does it cost?Membership costs $49 per month, plus a one-time onboarding fee of $49. Your subscription rate is locked in for life as long as you remain an active member.

Is there a commitment?No. There is no long-term commitment—you can cancel at any time.

How do I cancel my membership?To cancel your membership, simply login and navigate to "Manage Subscriptions".

What happens if I cancel my membership?Your access will continue until the end of your billing cycle, after which: All content, images, and videos in the Content Manager will be permanently deleted. Any scheduled posts set for publication after your membership ends will not be posted. Your analytics data and history will be lost.

Do you offer refunds?We do not offer refunds for the onboarding fee or unused subscription time.

Can I manage multiple brands or businesses with Simplify Your Socials?Yes! You can have as many brands or businesses as you like. However, each brand requires a separate account unless they share the same website and social media profiles (e.g., a salon that also offers on-location beauty services or a wedding photographer who also does brand photography). For additional brands, we offer a $49 discount on the onboarding fee after the first account. Within your content management system, you'll be able to organize content for each brand separately, making it easy to manage and post accordingly.

How does the Personal AI Assistant work?We manually set up your custom AI assistant, powered by ChatGPT, using your brand information to ensure it aligns perfectly with your voice and style. This setup includes: Information from your brand intake form. Details from your website and social media. Your AI Assistant is programmed to generate caption options tailored to your brand’s unique voice. Unlike traditional AI tools, no prompt is needed—simply upload an image, and your AI Assistant will analyze it and generate captions for you automatically.

Saves Time and Effort – No need to experiment with wording or formatting—your AI Assistant delivers ready-to-use captions that align with your brand’s style. Do I need a premium ChatGPT account to use the Personal AI Assistant?No. Your AI Assistant is fully integrated into your Simplify Your Socials membership. You do not need a separate or premium ChatGPT account—everything is set up and ready for you to use.

What if I have never used ChatGPT or don’t know how to use it?No experience is necessary! We provide training to walk you through how to use your Personal AI Assistant effectively. Our setup ensures that it’s easy to use—simply upload an image, and your AI Assistant will generate caption options for you. If you ever have questions, additional support is available.

What if my Personal AI Assistant isn’t working properly or isn’t generating the responses I expect?While your Personal AI Assistant is a powerful tool, it is not perfect and may occasionally generate responses that don’t fully align with your expectations. If you’re experiencing issues, try the following steps: Start a New Thread – Sometimes, beginning a fresh conversation within your custom AI Assistant helps reset its context and improve responses. Gently Remind the AI of Its Guidelines – If the assistant's responses seem off, try prompting it with a reminder about your brand’s style or preferred tone. Take Advantage of Your Free Revision – You receive one free revision within your first 30 days of membership. If adjustments are needed, we can refine the AI’s settings. Request Additional Revisions – If further customization is required after your free revision, additional adjustments can be made for a fee (see Support Page). Training is Included – We provide training to ensure you understand how to get the best results from your AI Assistant. If you need further guidance, reach out for support. How does the Personal AI Assistant handle hashtags?As part of setting up your custom AI Assistant, we conduct hashtag research to optimize your social media visibility. This includes: A curated hashtag list – We select hashtags designed to increase visibility rather than get lost in a sea of broad, oversaturated hashtags. Location-specific hashtags – If applicable, we create a set of geo-targeted hashtags to help boost engagement within your service area. Automated hashtag rotation – Your AI Assistant will rotate hashtags in your captions for maximum reach and engagement across posts. Specialty hashtags – You can add additional niche-specific hashtags on top of your AI-generated hashtags through our Scheduling App for even more customization. Training included – We will walk you through how to manage and refine your hashtags for continued success.
