We use an easy and convenient online portal for content uploads, communication, and important business information. During your onboarding call, we’ll walk you through exactly how to use the system so the process feels simple and organized from the start.
Yes. Every client goes through an onboarding process so we can get everything set up properly from the start. During the onboarding call, we’ll go over your business, social media preferences, brand voice, goals, content style, and any special requests. We’ll also connect your social media accounts to our scheduling platform so we can begin managing and scheduling your content efficiently.
Before we begin, we’ll need a few things from you, including access to your social media accounts, brand information, photos/videos/content, and any important business details you’d like us to know. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you through the process during onboarding so you’re not left guessing what to send.
No. During onboarding, we’ll have you securely connect your social media accounts to our scheduling platform, so we never need your passwords or direct backend access to your accounts. Your accounts remain fully yours and securely under your control at all times.
The only thing we really need from you is content and approvals. You’ll upload photos, videos, and business updates, and once your posts are ready, you’ll review and approve them before they go live.
Beyond that, we handle the heavy lifting. Many of our clients are very minimally involved day-to-day, which is one of the biggest benefits of the service. You get to know your social media is being consistently managed while you focus on actually running your business.
For visual brands, content is the foundation of your social media, so photos and videos are an important part of the process. If you don’t currently have much content, we can use stock imagery and branded graphics temporarily while you build a stronger content library over time.
For non-visual brands such as coaches, consultants, and service providers, we can create content centered around your expertise, messaging, education, offers, and brand voice without relying heavily on personal photos or video content.
Before we begin, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to learn more about your business, goals, brand voice, and content style. From there, you’ll upload your content and we’ll begin building out your posting workflow. Most clients are up and running within about 2 weeks, depending on how quickly content and approvals are submitted.

Yes. Our Premium and Authority packages include custom branded graphics designed to support your content strategy and create a more cohesive online presence. Graphics may include educational posts, promotional content, announcements, quotes, calls-to-action, and more depending on your brand and package level.
Yes. We write all captions based on your brand voice, business goals, services, and overall direction. As we continue working together, the content becomes even more tailored to your messaging, personality, and audience.
Yes. Our goal is always to create content that feels aligned with your brand voice, personality, and overall messaging. That said, we are not you, so a little grace and collaboration is expected, especially in the beginning as we learn your preferences, communication style, and audience. Over time, the content becomes more and more tailored to your brand.
Yes. When applicable, we can tag vendors, collaborators, venues, locations, products, and other relevant accounts to help increase visibility, strengthen networking opportunities, and improve engagement. We encourage clients to provide any important tagging details when submitting content to ensure accuracy.
Yes. We have a library of high-end curated stock images and videos that we can incorporate into your content when appropriate. Clients are also welcome to provide their own preferred stock imagery or branded assets if they have a specific style or aesthetic they’d like us to use.
Yes. When setting up your account, we carefully research and select relevant hashtags designed to support discoverability and help your content reach the right audience. We focus on strategic, niche-relevant hashtags rather than overly broad or spammy hashtag strategies.
Yes. It’s still your social media account, and you’re always welcome to post your own content in addition to what we create and schedule for you. Many clients like to supplement their feed with personal updates, behind-the-scenes moments, stories, or real-time content alongside our managed posts.
We currently manage content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, YouTube Shorts, and Google Business Profiles depending on your package and business needs. During onboarding, we’ll discuss which platforms make the most sense for your brand and goals.
Our posting frequency depends on your package selection.
The Signature, Signature Plus, and Authority packages include 3 posts per week for a total of 12 posts per month.
Our Premium package includes posting every other day for a total of 15 posts per month.
No. Our social media management packages do not currently include comment or DM management. Clients are responsible for responding to inquiries, messages, and engagement on their accounts.
Yes. You’ll have access to a dedicated dashboard and feed preview where you can review your content before it goes live. This gives you the opportunity to request edits, provide feedback, and make sure everything feels aligned with your brand and business before posting.
Revision support depends on your package level.
Signature and Signature Plus packages include one revision request per month, although we typically allow for additional flexibility during the first couple of months as we get to know your brand, preferences, and communication style.
Premium and Authority packages include one full round of revisions with expanded support. Additional revision limitations and expectations are outlined in our Terms & Agreements and will also be reviewed during onboarding. If you have specific questions about revisions or workflow expectations, we’re always happy to discuss them during a free consultation call.
Many of our clients do experience follower growth over time, however the degree of growth varies greatly from business to business and depends on many factors including your current audience size, engagement levels, industry, content quality, consistency, and overall marketing strategy.
Our goal is to help create a stronger, more consistent online presence designed to support long-term visibility and brand growth, but we do not guarantee specific follower growth or viral results.
It can, however results are never guaranteed and depend on many different factors including your industry, offers, pricing, audience, engagement, website experience, lead process, and overall marketing strategy.
Social media is an important tool for visibility, trust, and brand awareness, but it works best as part of a larger marketing ecosystem rather than the sole driver of business growth.
Most clients begin to see steady growth over time, however social media is a long-term strategy and not an overnight fix. In most cases, it takes approximately 3 to 6 months of consistent posting and brand building to begin seeing more consistent results in visibility, engagement, and overall online presence.

Yes. Clients are welcome to upgrade or downgrade their package at any time depending on their business needs, goals, and preferred level of support.
At this time, we do not offer custom packages. Our pricing structure and affordability are heavily dependent on our systems, workflows, and standardized package options. Keeping our services streamlined allows us to provide high-quality social media management at a more accessible price point.
No. There are no long-term contracts for our social media management services. However, all clients are required to review and agree to our Terms & Conditions before beginning services.

Yes. There is a one-time $99 onboarding fee which covers your onboarding call, account setup, platform connections, strategy setup, and initial workflow preparation.
No. We believe in transparent pricing, so there are no hidden fees associated with your monthly social media management package.
Yes. We check in with clients each month before beginning the next round of content creation. As long as you let us know you’d like to cancel before, or no later than 24 hours after that monthly check-in, you may cancel your services moving forward.
We are a boutique company with a dedicated Client Success Manager available to support you throughout the process. If you ever have questions, feedback, or need assistance, you can email us anytime at support@simplifyyoursocials.com. All client emails are responded to within one business day.
Yes. You’ll have both a dedicated Social Media Manager handling your content as well as a Client Success Manager who will serve as your primary point of contact for communication, support, questions, and ongoing account coordination.
